Financial Analyst - Independent Consultant
Advised internally, developing business workflows, information maps and Excel tools for the migration of around 800 Cognos customers in the US to IBM reducing the quoting time and helping to release 5 people out of 9 from our team.
· Partnered between the support renewal team and finance, researching data repositories and legal agreements to offer software alternatives to customers in the migration process from Cognos, in order to maintain and increase software support revenue from large accounts (>$100k/year), always exceeding the corporate goals
· Developed expertise in Cognos Business Intelligence software including Performance Applications to help customers increase their perceived value in order to renew or upgrade

Developed the business plan, obtained financing and started the Master franchise in Colombia. Designed and implement budget, periodic strategic plans and reporting tools including the balance scorecard to report to the board based on KPIs.
· Built, lead and coached a team of 8 top tier consultants and analysts to achieve specialization in the consulting services. Sold 2 franchises and coached their teams, reaching 6 customers in 2 other cities and collecting 10% of the franchisee’s sales.
· Attained 22 clients ($50 - $600 million in sales), dealing primarily with CFOs, achieving sales of $450k in my last year.
· Planned and developed financial models and management reporting tools in Excel for customers as well as balance scorecards based on KPIs, structured within 5 dimensions: processes, suppliers, learning, customers and finance
